This policy explains what information Freeroll collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain — no surprises.

Freeroll is free to play. We collect only what we need to run your account, the contest, and the app's features. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. There is no ad-network tracking in Freeroll.
We collect the following, all tied to your account and used to operate the app:
We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, health or financial-account information, browsing or search history, or sensitive information. We use your location only for the eligibility check described above and never for tracking.
Most of the data above is used for app functionality — running your account, enabling features, securing the service, preventing fraud and abuse, delivering prizes, and providing support. Your precise location is used solely to confirm regional eligibility for the global Challenge at the moment you place a Challenge prediction. Product-interaction data is additionally used for analytics to understand and improve how the app works. We also use your email address to send marketing and promotional messages about Freeroll — such as new features, contests, and prize announcements — which you can opt out of at any time. We do not use any of your information for third-party advertising, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the app — including our hosting and database provider, our sports-data providers, and the messaging service that delivers push notifications. They process data only to provide their service to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Prize payments are made through the payment app you choose (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle); your use of those apps is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account → Delete Account. You'll confirm with your password. When you delete your account, we remove your username and avatar, delete your chats, friendships, and ladder memberships, void any pending predictions, and disconnect your account from the leaderboard.
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need — for example, records of prizes already paid, which we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. Where we retain such records, we keep them only as long as necessary and limit them to what is required.
You can update your account information in the app, turn notifications on or off in your device settings, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and the right not to have it sold (we don't sell it). To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
Freeroll is intended for adults. The app is open only to U.S. residents who are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Freeroll after a change means you accept the updated policy.
