- Is Freeroll free to play?
- Yes. Freeroll is completely free. There are no deposits and no real-money wagering. You receive free virtual chips each day to make your picks.
- How do prizes work?
- Freeroll is a free-to-play skill-based prediction contest. Each week, the top finishers on the leaderboard win cash prizes funded by Freeroll. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Full details are in the Official Rules inside the app.
- How do I claim a prize?
- If you finish in a winning position, you'll see a prize notification in the app with instructions to claim. Prizes are paid by Freeroll. If you have trouble claiming, email us at [email protected].
- Who can play?
- Freeroll is open to residents of the United States who are 18 or older. See the Official Rules in the app for full eligibility details.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. You'll confirm with your password, and your account and associated data are removed.
- I didn't get my confirmation email.
- Check your spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at [email protected] and we'll confirm your account manually.
- How do I reset my password?
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the emailed link to set a new one.
